After completing the order, the shipment is made according to the delivery times described below.
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES
In-stock items take 2-3 business days to be delivered.
Products that are not immediately available take 4-5 working days.
Products marked 'upon order' take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
When the order is complete and ready to ship, we deliver:
Within 24 hours in Attica and in all cities of mainland Greece, as long as the order is sent by 14:00 of the previous day
Within 3 days in the rest of Greece
In remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 5 days.

Orders completed by 14:00 are dispatched the same day.
Orders completed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders completed on Thursday (after 2:00 p.m.) and Friday (before 2:00 p.m.) are dispatched on Friday with the possibility of receiving it on Saturday (next day) from the nearest ACS courier store or delivery to your place next Monday.

For orders over €95 shipping costs are FREE.
We do NOT offer free shipping on any amount for pipe tobacco and rolling tobacco orders.

€5.00 for shipments to Inaccessible areas

3) By debit or credit card, through the Eurobank payment environment.
Clarifications of shipment
*For orders with a total value of more than €500, payment by cash on delivery can only be made upon collection from the nearest ACS courier service store and payment must be made by debit or credit card.
