Products that are not immediately available take 4-5 working days.
Products marked 'upon order' take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
When the order is complete and ready to ship, we deliver:
Within 24 hours in Attica and in all cities of mainland Greece, as long as the order is sent by 14:00 of the previous day
Within 3 days in the rest of Greece
In remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 5 days.

Orders completed by 14:00 are dispatched the same day.
Orders completed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders completed on Thursday (after 2:00 p.m.) and Friday (before 2:00 p.m.) are dispatched on Friday with the possibility of receiving it on Saturday (next day) from the nearest ACS courier store or delivery to your place next Monday.
Orders completed on Friday (after 14:00), Saturday and Sunday are dispatched the next working day (Monday)

For orders over €95 shipping costs are FREE.
We do NOT offer free shipping on any amount for pipe tobacco and rolling tobacco orders.

Clarifications of shipment
*For orders with a total value of more than €500, payment by cash on delivery can only be made upon collection from the nearest ACS courier service store and payment must be made by debit or credit card.

The Trinidad brand takes its name from the beautiful 16th century city of La Santísima Trinidad (The Holy Trinity), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located on the southern coast of Cuba.
Trinidad, as a Habano brand, dates back to 1969, but for many years, like Cohiba, it was given as a gift to foreign diplomats. In 1998 small quantities were released for general sale. At first there was only one size Trinidad the Fundadores. In 2003 three more sizes were added to the range, Reyes, Coloniales and Robusto Extra.
At the same time, the cigar ring was upgraded to recognize the prestige of the brand. More recently, in 2009, the Trinidad Robustos T was introduced to complete the brand's range. For several years Trinidad was made at El Laguito, Cohiba's factory, where the unique medium-flavored blend with filler and binder from the Vuelta Abajo zone was developed.
By
the end of 2004, demand for the Trinidad had outstripped the production
capacity of El Laguito and it was decided that the manufacture of all
sizes of the brand should be moved to Pinar del Rio City, the most
important city of the Vuelta Abajo.
