SHIPPING METHODS
THE CIGAR POLYZOS cooperates with ACS Courier with nationwide coverage, for the immediate, safe and reliable shipment of the products to you.
After completing the order, the shipment is made according to the delivery times described below.
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES
In-stock items take 2-3 business days to be delivered.
Products that are not immediately available take 4-5 working days.
Products marked 'upon order' take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
When the order is complete and ready to ship, we deliver:
Within 24 hours in Attica and in all cities of mainland Greece, as long as the order is sent by 14:00 of the previous day
Within 3 days in the rest of Greece
In remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 5 days.
*delivery times may vary as they are affected by weather conditions, courier workload and the ability of the courier's destination service outlet to process the package
Orders completed by 14:00 are dispatched the same day.
Orders completed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders completed on Thursday (after 2:00 p.m.) and Friday (before 2:00 p.m.) are dispatched on Friday with the possibility of receiving it on Saturday (next day) from the nearest ACS courier store or delivery to your place next Monday.
Orders completed on Friday (after 14:00), Saturday and Sunday are dispatched the next working day (Monday)
SHIPPING CHARGES
For orders over €95 shipping costs are FREE.
We do NOT offer free shipping on any amount for pipe tobacco and rolling tobacco orders.
Shipping costs are:
€2.50 for shipments within the Prefecture of Attica
€3.50 for shipments outside the Prefecture of Attica
€5.00 for shipments to Inaccessible areas
up to 3 kg, for each additional kg the client will be charged €1.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery costs are €2.50
PAYMENT METHODS
1) Cash on delivery, i.e. payment in cash upon delivery of the order, with an additional service charge of €2.50
2) By depositing the value of the order to one of the following bank accounts:

To complete the order through a bank account, the customer should proceed to deposit the entire amount into one of THE CIGAR POLYZOS accounts and then send an email to info@the-cigar.gr stating the name of the depositor, the order code, the bank you chose, as well as the deposit date, otherwise processing may have delays.
3) By debit or credit card, through the Eurobank payment environment.
Clarifications of shipment
*For orders with a total value of more than €500, payment by cash on delivery can only be made upon collection from the nearest ACS courier service store and payment must be made by debit or credit card.
For
orders with a total value of more than €1.500, payment by cash on
delivery is not available
**Currently our company does not ship tobacco and cigar products outside of Greece.

The Partagas factory is located at industria street number 520 and behind the capitol building in the heart of the city. It was founded in 1845 by Don Jaime Partagas. The character of its blend comes from a variety of fillers and binders grown in the Vuelta Abajo zone and selected for their rich flavor and aroma. Partagas has a wide variety of shapes and sizes, with popular ones being the Lusitania and the 8-9-8, a cigar named after the way it is placed in its box. But perhaps the most famous of all the Partagas is the Serie D No. 4, the robusto size that is part of the legendary Partagas alphabet series dating back to the 1930s. In 2005 a Pirámide was added to the series, the Partagas Serie P No. 2, which quickly became a cigar of choice for those looking for a full flavored Habano. 2011 saw the release of the Serie D No.5 and the heavy measuring ring Serie E No.2 which extended the alphabet series once more. All sizes are Tripa Larga, Totalmente a Mano.
